Partenza dell’itinerario da Aldeno situato a pochi Km da Trento e da Rovereto quindi per raggiungerlo si può uscire o a Trento sud o a Rovereto nord.
• La salita si snoda su asfalto seguendo prima Via Spagnolli e poi Via Grezz.
• Breve tratto in salita sulla provinciale Sp 25.
• A dx seguendo indicazioni località Dossi.
• Nuovamente sulla provinciale Sp 25 ci lasciamo alle spalle località La Ciausa e San Giorgio.
• A dx su secondaria fino al pasese di Cimone.
• Attraversiamo l’abitato e ora seguiamo la provinciale Sp25 lasciandoci alle spalle Zobbio, Garniga Terme, Garniga Vecchia Superiore e località La Villa.
• Ora a dx su sterrata che seguiamo fino a tornare sulla provinciale delle Viote o Sp85. Da notare che se vogliamo accorciare l’itinerario salendo incrociamo a dx una sterrata che si segue in salita durante la discesa per raggiungere la partenza del sentiero del Parolot.
• Prima dell’attraversamento in galleria della pista da sci Terre rosse a sx e seguiamo la pista con lunghi tratti a spinta.
• A quota 194 attraversiamo una ulteriore pista e seguiamo il sentiero dei Mughi che con brevi tratti a spinta ci porta sulla sommità ovvero cima Palon dove arrivano gli impianti di discesa.
• La discesa segue il sentiero dei Mughi fino in località Vason con una breve visita ai ruderi dell’osservatorio militare, sentiero con alcuni tratti veramente tecnici.
• Breve tratto su asfalto per poi riprendere la sterrata seguita in salita e dopo breve tratto in salita con indicazioni sentiero del Parolot segnavia C.A.I. 692 che seguiamo fino a Garniga Vecchia Superiore.
• Prendiamo ora il sentiero del Guardadocio segnavia C.A.I. 614, attenzione ai tratti esposti.
• Giunti alla stanga a dx su traccia fino all’abitato di Romagnano e da qui sulla strada provinciale Destra Adige fino ad Aldeno.

Tour starts in Aldershot located a few kilometers from Trento and Rovereto, then you can go out to reach Trento or Rovereto south or north.
• The climb takes place on asphalt before following Spagnolli and then Via Via Grezz.
• A short climb on the provincial Sp 25
• A right following signs Dossi locations.
• Again on the provincial Sp 25 we leave behind the La Ciausa and San Giorgio.
• On the right side up on pasese to Cimon.
• Cross the village and now we follow the SP25 provincial leaving behind Zobbio, Garniga Terme, Garniga Old Superior and La Villa.
• Now turn right on a dirt road that we follow to get back on provincial Viote or SP85. Note that if we want to shorten the route we cross to the right going up a dirt road that runs uphill during the descent to reach the start of the path of the Parolot.
• Before the crossing in the gallery of the ski slope Terre red on the left and follow the track with long stretches of thrust.
• A portion 194 further cross a track and follow the path of Mughi that with short drive brings us to the summit or top Palòn where lifts arrive descent.
• The descent follows the path of the Mughi up in Vason with a brief visit to the ruins of the observatory military trail with some really technical sections.
• Short stretch of asphalt and then take the dirt road uphill and followed after a short uphill section of the trail with signs Parolot CAI 692 that we follow up to Garniga Old Superior.
• Now take the path of Guardadocio CAI 614, attention to the exposed sections.
• Once at the pole right on track to the village of Romagnano and from here on the road right up to Aldersgate Adige.
