SCHEDA TECNICA
Verso Orario - Lunghezza = 19 Km - Dislivello Sal/Disc = +60 m
Quote min/Max = 1 / 20 - Ciclabilità su tempo 100% - Tempo Standard ore 1:0 min
Velocità media = 19 Km/ora - Difficoltà Tecnica = 3/7 - G.D. = 14 FACILE

Siamo in Sardegna, estremo nord/ovest.

NOTE: If you get to Stintino perhaps with the aim of visiting the day after the Asinara (see next PCR No. 242) may happen to have a piece of time; definitely recommend a swim in the beautiful beach "grains of rice" Saline but also a short sgambata be done in less than 2 hours: this easy and short ride can be ideal.
DESCRIPTION: From one of the
2 parking spaces at the beach of Saline you start on the road parallel to the beach, from which it is separated by the Pond Saline.
In wp A s we itrova facing a second pond which can be overcome by both sides: I checked taking that right is on the left lane while there are sandy stretches. In the end the pond goes through and the feasibility depends on the level of the water: I passed on a dry and well compacted to the unifying presence of the salt. It then proceeds, always along the coastline, on good dirt road down to the wp C from which we recommend a short detour to the pond of Pylos, in view of the large wind farm in Porto Torres. In the back there is a short stretch of tarmac that ends in wp F (village EANS); still a Km and closes the loop in the wp B at the beach Ezzi Mannu. From here we return to the track before; attention to the wp G where the semi-ruined bridge should not be crossed, but passed on the left.
We are in Sardinia, far north / west. Coming from Olbia you must take the SS 597 to Sassari and then the SS 131 to Porto Torres then follow ind. x Stintino. About 3 km before Stintino is a large roundabout where you come in short (about 200 meters) to the beach of Saline; immediately to the right is a large parking lot first and a second 300 m further: here begins the journey.
