Giro bellissimo che ripaga dei molti tratti a spinta salendo al Col de la Lauze.
La prima parte della salita è in comune con la salita allo Chaberton, e si può pedalare seppure con fatica. Gli ultimi 400m di dislivello sono quasi tutti a spinta, e si arriva finalmente al Col De La Lauze.
La prima parte della discesa è in ambiente stupendo, si snoda su prati aperti in un ampio vallone per poi infilarsi in un boschetto e quindi sterrate nei boschi fino agli ultimi tornanti a picco su Plampinet.
Arrivati sulla strada di fondovalle, anziché girare subito a sin. in direzione di La Vachette, girare a destra, fare alcuni metri, oltrepassare un ponticello e infilarsi subito nel primo sterrato a sinistra. Qui inizia in bel percorso nei boschi in leggera discesa molto divertente che permette di evitare gran parte dell' asfalto che conduce a La Vachette, passando ora su un lato ora su un altro. Di qui si attraversa la statale che sale da Briancon e si prendono una serie di strade sterrate che pazientemente, tornante dopo tornante, su pendenze sempre ragionevoli riportano al Monginevro all' area barbeque. Monginevro, obelisco a Napoleone.

Beautiful ride that pays for itself many traits of a push going up to the Col de la Lauze.
The first part of the climb is in common with the ascent to the Chaberton, and you can ride albeit with difficulty. The last 400m of altitude are almost all to push, and you finally get to the Col De La Lauze.
The first part of the descent is in superb surroundings, winds over open meadows in a spacious valley and then slip into a grove and then dirt in the woods until the last few switchbacks to the peak of Plampinet.
Once on the valley road, rather than immediately turn right. in the direction of La Vachette, turn right, make a few meters, cross a bridge and immediately put on the first dirt road on the left. Here begins in beautiful path through the woods on a slight downhill so much fun that allows you to avoid most of the 'asphalt that leads to La Vachette, going now to one side now on another. From here we cross the main road that climbs from Briancon and take a series of dirt roads that patiently, bend after bend, on a slope always reasonable to bring in Montgenevre 'barbeque area. Montgenevre obelisk to Napoleon.
