ho cercato di racchiudere i sentieri più divertenti che ho trovato lungo questo bellissimo tratto di costa azzurra (dove si svolge ogni anno la Roc d'Azur)
buona la presenza in percentuale di singletrack. discese a volte larghe e veloci, a volte decisamente più tecniche con gradoni di roccia.
attenzione al fondo sdrucciolevole.
NB: la traccia parte e arriva da Frejus, paese più grande a poca distanza, lungo una pista ciclabile lungomare e dei sentierini. altrimenti si può partire subito da st ayulf.
Consiglio di percorrere l'anello in senso orario.
