Partenza dalla rotonda di padre Pio, Formia verso Itri, da qui prendere la SS 82 verso la Madonna della Civita fino a scollinare al passo di S.Nicola (650 mt circa).
Proseguire la SS 82 fino a raggiungere la frazione di Taverna. Rifornimento acqua alla fontana di fronte al bar, poi tornare 200 mt indietro e imboccare una stradina asfaltata che ora troverete sulla destra. da qui su fino a scollinare al passo delle crocette a 500 mt circa,da qui scendere per la SP 99 (circa 800 mt) fino al primo tornante dove troverete uno sterrato sulla sinistra fino ad un incrocio di sentieri, da qui prenderete sempre a sinistra verso la sorgente di sant'Arcangelo.
Poi giù per Fondi fino a sbucare sull'appia prima del rettilineo.
Ritorno per l'appia antica, ultima scollinata cimitero di Itri e poi discesa fino a Formia.

Departure from the round of Padre Pio, Formia towards Itri, then take the SS 82 towards the Madonna della Civita until you cross the pass of St. Nicholas (650 mt).
Follow the SS 82 until you reach the village of Taverna. Supply water to the fountain in front of the bar, then go 200 meters back and take a paved road which is now on your right. from here on until you cross the step of the spreaders to about 500 meters, from here down to the SP 99 (about 800 meters) to the first bend where you will find a dirt road on the left up to a junction of paths, from here you will take to your left toward the source of St Arcangelo.
Then down funds up to emerge on the Appia before the straight.
Back to the Appia Antica, last scollinata cemetery Itri and then downhill to Formia.
