La traccia parte da Anzo/Cadimare, sale a Costa su asfalto, entra nell' abitato di Costa, passa vicino ai ripetitori e raggiunge la piccola sella da dove partono diversi sentieri.Il nostro scende a destra rispetto alla direzione di marcia, e scende dritto nel bosco. Dopo diversi su e giù, alcuni a spinta causa terreno smosso, si raggiunge una panchina dove si possono indossare con comodo le protezioni. Dopo una breve discesa e ancora qualche su e giù bisogna prendere una deviazione secca a destra, da cui comincia una divertente discesa abbastanza "flow" con anche un paio di piccoli saltini artificiali. Purtroppo la parte finale del sentiero non viene manutenuta regolarmente, per cui capita di dovere spostare qualche rovo che sbarra la strada, in questo caso le protezioni vengono in aiuto. Finito il single-track è finita anche la discesa, per cui conviene rimettersi in assetto da salita e seguire la sterrata verso destra che in breve porta al camping e di nuovo su asfalto. Rientro per Cadelazzino e sentiero Castagnola-Costa. Da costa per tornare ad Anzo si possono seguire tutte le scalette oppure, come in questo caso, scendere velocemente su asfalto fino a Setta per poi entrare nell' abitato e scendere a Cadimare - Anzo. The trail starts from Anzo / Cadimare, salt Costa on asphalt, enters the 'village of Costa, passes close to the repeaters and reach the small saddle from where our different sentieri.Il down to the right relative to the direction of travel, and goes straight in the woods. After several up and down, thrust due to some loose soil, you reach a bench where you can wear with comfortable shields. After a short descent and a few up and down you have to take a detour to the right dry, which begins a fun descent enough "flow" with a couple of small Saltini artificial. Unfortunately, the final part of the trail is not regularly maintained, so happen to have to move some bush that stands in the way, in this case the guards come in handy. After the single-track is over, the descent, for which we should get back on set-up and follow the dirt road to the right which leads to the campsite and back on asphalt. Return to Cadelazzino Castagnola and path-Costa. From coast to return to Anzo you can follow all the steps, or, as in this case, get off quickly on asphalt until Setta then enter the 'town and get off at Cadimare - Anzo. Anzo Framura
