Giro facile , frequentatissimo , con salite leggere senza difficoltà particolari ,solo 200 metri della discesa da Castellaro e Casaleto sono un pò un canale .
Si parte da Quarto , stradine fino a Niviano dove si attraversa la ss45 e si sale dalla cementirossi ,salendo poi fino a Veano , Cappiano pian del pozzo , Mandrola dove si percorre il sentiero che porta a Chiulano , si scende a Castellaro dove si prende il sentiero per Casaleto .
All'asfalto si scende per poi girare a sinistra su strada che con saliscendi porta a Carmiano , a Pontedellolio si prosegue a destra verso Carpaneto per girare a sinistra al cimitero di Folignano , con stradine si arriva al lungonure sterrato fino a s Giorgio , dopo il ponte si gira a sinistra e poi alla derica , a destra , prima di turro con stradine si arriva ai Casoni e poi a Quarto

Easy ride, very popular, with climbs read without particular difficulties, only 200 meters of the descent from Castellaro and Casaleto are a bit of a channel.
It starts from Quarto, streets until Niviano where it crosses the SS45 and go up from Cementirossi, on up to Veano, Cappiano floor of the pit, where Mandrola follow the path that leads to Chiulano, it comes down to Castellaro where you take the path to Casaleto.
