Traccia che prevede la bellissima discesa di San't Elena, l'altrettanto bella risalita e un divertente pistino tra Trezzo tinella e Treiso.
Da Alba si sale rapidamente a Bricco Capre in fuoristrada, da qui con qualche variante sterrata si giunge a Cappelletto( punto acqua), da Cappelletto tutto in fuoristrada fino al Pilone Chiarle, si sale ancora un po' fino a giungere al punto iniziale della discesa S.Elena, arrivati in fondo (punto acqua) si segue la provinciale a destra nel fondovalle per poi piegare nuovamente a destra su ripida strada asfaltata che si inoltra subito in un tratto boschivo, si continua a salire fino a quasi S.Bovo, da qui in falsopiano si prosegue a destra a metà collina, fino a ritornare dopo una breve salita al pilone Chiarle, da qui discesa asfaltata fino a trezzo Tinella, si continua in falsopiano asfaltato fino ad arrivare a piegare a sinistra poco dopo l'incrocio con la strada per Neviglie, da qui si sale nel bosco fino ad arrivare a un piccolo circuito tutto in singletrack molto divertente, dopo questo si continua a salire per arrivare in cima, da qui a sinistra per cappelletto e poi la discesa verso Alba con un po' di tratto boschivo e fuoristrada.

From Alba Bricco Goats climbing quickly to off-road, dirt road from here with some variations we arrive at Cappelletto (water point), from Cappelletto all off-road until Chiarle pylon, go up some more 'until you reach the starting point of the descent S.Elena, arrived at the bottom (water point), follow the main road to the right the valley floor and then bend again to the right of the steep paved road that goes immediately into a wooded tract, it continues to rise until almost S.Bovo, from here we continue on a slight slope to the right halfway up the hill until you come back after a short climb the pylon Chiarle, paved downhill from here until trezzo Tinella, we continue on a slight slope paved until you get to bend to the left just after the intersection with the road to Neviglie, from here you can climb through the woods until you get to a small circuit all in great fun singletrack, after this you continue to climb to get to the top, from the left to cappelletto and then the descent into Alba with a little 'stretch of woodland and off.
