Bellissimo giro sul bracco 45km per 1400 m dislivello - salite impegnative su asfalto e discese tra sentieri - Il sentiero da Mola a Cima Stronzi molto faticoso con bici in spalla, da evitare nelle ore più calde. Partenza da Moneglia. Salita fino all'Aurelia e proseguimento fino all antica strada del Bracco su asfalto 13km circa. Prendere a sx dopo il passo del Bracco la strada con cancello molto ripida - antica strada del bracco 2KM per 240m di dislivello. Arrivati in cima, alle antenne, si trova il sentiero Freeride che porta fino a Mattarana - SunBike 37a. Inizia con due belle discese molto ripide e continua con passerelle salti, sponde e passaggi tecnici tra sassi e radici. Molto bello e ben curato. Arrivati sull Aurelia si può risalire al San Nicola per la strada asfaltata (consigliato) o continuare con la strada sterrata che poi diventa sentiero per poi tornare asfaltata per salire fino al Valico del Mola. Qui dietro un casale si trova un sentiero, in salita, inizialmente pedalabile poi sempre più con la bici a spinta ed in spalla fino a Cima Stronzi, paesaggio e vista splendidi. Tornati sul San Nicolao si prende il bel sentiero che porta verso Vasca, purtroppo questo meno curato e pulito ma sempre bello. Volendo si può arrivare a località Tagliamento per poi riprendere il sentiero che porta sull'Aurelia o continuare direttamente sul sentiero. Dalla strada asfaltata per scendere a Moneglia si prende il sentiero sterrato subito dopo il cartello che indica la discesa per Moneglia.

Beautiful ride on the 45km hound to 1400 m altitude - steep climbs and descents on asphalt paths between - The path from Mola to Top Assholes very tiring with bike on his shoulder, to avoid the hottest hours. Departure from Moneglia. Climb up to the Aurelia and continue until the ancient road of about 13km on asphalt Bracco. Once at the top, antennas, is the Freeride trail that leads up to Mattarana - SunBike 37th. It begins with two beautiful down steep grades and continues with walkways jumps, banks and technical passages between rocks and roots. Very nice and well cared for. Arrived on Aurelia can be traced to St. Nicholas the paved road (recommended) or continue with the dirt road which then becomes paved trail and then back to climb up to the pass of the Mola. Here, behind a house is a path uphill pedaling at first then faster with bike push and shoulder to Top Assholes, landscape and beautiful views. Returning to the San Nicolao you take the path that leads to beautiful Bath, unfortunately this is not always beautiful, but nice and clean. If you want you can get to places Tagliamento and then take the path that leads directly Aurelia or continue on the path. From the paved road to go down to Moneglia you take the dirt road just past the sign that indicates the descent to Moneglia.
