Giro ad Anello intorno al monte Penna, al confine tra le province di Parma e Genova. Il percorso si svolge lungo la ciclopista omonima con tabelle di colore arancio. Si tratta di un giro completamente pedalabile su belle forestali e mulattiere nelle faggete d'alto fusto e nelle abetaie della foresta demaniale del Penna. La discesa dal Passo del Tomarlo ad Anzola è molto divertente ma molto veloce, per cui attenzione. Lungo il percorso si trova acqua in almeno tre fonti a circa metà giro. Ristoro al rifugio CAI Faggio dei Tre Comuni presso l'omonima località. Uscita Borgotaro dell'autostrada della Cisa. Proseguire per Borgotaro, Bedonia, seguire indicazioni per Anzola.

Ring lap around Mount Penna, on the border between the provinces of Parma and Genoa. The route runs along the cycle path with the same name tables orange. It is a completely pedaled around on beautiful forest and trails in the beech forests of tall trees and fir trees in the national forest of Penna. The descent from the Passo del Tomarlo Anzola is very funny but very fast, so be careful. Along the way you will find water in at least three sources to about half a turn. Refreshments at the shelter CAI Beech Three Communes in the homonymous village. Borgotaro Cisa motorway exit. Continue to Borgotaro, Bedonia, follow signs for Anzola.
