Partenza da Entreves, salita su asfalto fino ad Arpnouva percorrendo quasi tutto il fondo valle. Si prosegue salendo su sentiero con bici a spinta per 240 mt di dislivello.
Poi inizia singletrack sospeso su tutta la valle, con qualche tratto a spinta e con panorama sulla catena del Monte Bianco, sino ad arrivare al rifugio Bertone.
Da qui parte il sentiero di discesa in Val Sapin molto tecnica con sassi fermi e smossi. Arrivati ad una forestale la si segue in discesa per un breve tratto, fino ad incontrare sulla destra il bivo per La Saxe, che riporterà al punto di partenza.

Departure from Entreves, climb on asphalt until Arpnouva along almost the entire valley. Continue up the path on Pushing for 240 meters in altitude.
Then start singletrack suspended over the valley, with some stretches and a push with view on the Mont Blanc chain, until you get to the refuge Bertone.
From here the trail downhill in Val Sapin very technical with rocks and still shaken. Once in a forest follow it downhill for a short distance until you reach the fork on the right to La Saxe, who will report to the starting point.
