Partenza da San Polo d'Enza, nella traccia GPS siamo partiti dal parcheggio del Madness bike shop, ma è possibile partire anche da Piazza 1° maggio (piadineria + fontana).
Appena partiti si imbocca la ciclabile del canale Ducale che, in falsopiano, ci porta fino a Cerezzola, da qui si sale su asfalto in direzione Trinità.
Percorsi 5 tornanti si abbandona l'asfalto e si sale in off-road fino ad arrivare al borgo di Selvapiana.
Superata Selvapiana, si prosegue sempre in fuoristrada in direzione Monchio delle Olle.
Dopo un tratto di saliscendi dove il reggisella telescopico ha il suo perchè, comincia la dura salita che ci porta quasi in vetta al monte Pelengo, da qui comincia la discesa (direi enduro) che, dopo circa 4/5 minuti filati arriva sull'asfalto in località Currada.
Da Currada si prende a destra in direzione Cerezzola e sempre sulla ciclabile del canale Ducale si rientra a San Polo.
La traccia GPS si interrompe a Cerezzola, ma il percorso Cerezzola - San Polo d'Enza è lo stesso dell'andata. Piazza 1° Maggio (piazza della piadineria) in centro a San polo d'Enza, oppure parcheggio del Madness bike shop che si trova sulla statale 513 in direzione Ciano d'Enza appena fuori S. Polo.
Departure from San Polo d'Enza, the GPS track we started from the parking lot of Madness bike shop, but it is also possible to start from Square 1 May (piadineria + fountain).
Just take the left path of the channel that Ducale, on a slight slope, brings us up to Cerezzola, from here you climb out of asphalt in the direction of the Trinity.
Routes 5 turns you leave the tarmac and climb in off-road until you reach the village of Selvapiana.
Past Selvapiana , keep going off-road in the direction of Monchio Olle.
After a stretch of ups and downs where the seatpost has her why, she begins the tough climb that brings us almost to the summit Pelengo, from here begins the descent (I would say enduro), which, after about 4-5 minutes on the tarmac yarn arrives in town Currada.
From Currada turn right in the direction Cerezzola and always on the path of the channel Ducale you fall in San Polo.
The GPS track stops in Cerezzola, but the path Cerezzola - San Polo d'Enza is the same leg. 1st May Square (Piazza della piadineria) in downtown San Polo d'Enza, or the parking lot of Madness bike shop that is located on the main road 513 in the direction Ciano d'Enza just off S. Polo.
