Da Molina seguire le indicazioni per il Passo Manghen. Alla rotonda passare il ponte sul torrente e subito dopo svoltare a dx per andare a parcheggiare sul lungo Avisio. Proseguire lungo la ciclabile per breve tratto senza svoltare a dx sul ponte di legno ma proseguire fino al depuratore di Molina – termine asfalto - . Imboccare ora il bel sentiero nel bosco, seguendo le indicazioni del tour 225 del circuito “Bike Dolomiti Lagorai” fino a incrociare la s.p.31 del Passo Manghen. Svoltare a dx e seguirla per circa 500 m. per poi svoltare decisamente a sx imboccando la s.f. che sale alla Malga Arodolo. Svoltare a dx, ad un primo bivio proseguire diritto e a quello successivo tenere la dx, in salita. Tenendo sempre la sx si imbocca la discesa, veloce ma con alcuni tornanti ai quali fare attenzione. Poco prima di raggiungere il fondo della Val Moena si svolta decisamente a sx incrociando nuovamente il tour 225 ma imboccandolo al contrario. Il percorso prosegue in falsopiano fino ad incrociare la s.f. che scende dalla Malga Arodolo. Continuare a scendere fino alla loc. Piazol. Svoltare a dx sulla s.p. 31 del Passo Manghen scendendo velocemente al punto di partenza. A22 - uscita Egna/Ora - s.s. 48 delle Dolomiti - s.p. 612 - svoltare a sx per Castello di Fiemme e Molina. Da Molina seguire le indicazioni per il Passo Manghen. Alla rotonda passare il ponte sul torrente e subito dopo svoltare a dx per andare a parcheggiare sul lungo Avisio.

From Molina follow the signs to the Manghen. At the roundabout, cross the bridge over the river and immediately turn right to go to the park along Avisio. Continue along the lane for a short distance without turn right on the bridge of wood, but continue until the purifier Molina - term asphalt -. Now take the beautiful path through the woods, following the directions of the tour circuit 225 "Bike Dolomiti Lagorai" until you cross the SP31's Manghen. Turn right and follow it for about 500 m. then turn left onto the decidedly sf that goes up to Malga Arodolo. Turn right, at the first fork go right and take the next one right, uphill. Always keeping your left, take the downhill, fast but with some twists which make attention. Just before you reach the bottom of Val Moena is turning decidedly to the left again, crossing the 225 tour but imboccandolo otherwise. The route continues on a slight slope until you reach the sf that descends from Malga Arodolo. Continue down to the loc. Piazol. Turn right on Sp 31 of Manghen down quickly to the starting point. A22 - exit Enga / Ora - S.S. 48 of the Dolomites - Sp 612 - turn left to Castello di Fiemme and Molina. From Molina follow the signs to the Manghen. At the roundabout, cross the bridge over the river and immediately turn right to go to the park along Avisio.
