Dal centro del Fondo di Lago di Tesero imboccare la pista ciclabile in direzione Molina. La ciclabile si interrompe per un breve tratto all'uscita dell'abitato di Lago. Non la si imbocca più ma si prosegue sulla strada in direzione Masi di Cavalese. Si oltrepassa il bivio con la strada che sale al Doss dei Laresi e si continua verso Masi per prendere a sx la via Viazzi Longhi quando la strada principale piega a dx per scendere in paese. Seguire ora le indicazioni per l'agritur "Salanzada". Subito dopo l'agritur prendere a sx la s.f. che sale al "Doss dei Laresi" e una volta qui prendere a dx la "strada del bosco". Si sale lungamente seguendo le indicazioni dell'itinerario nr.226 del "Bike Dolomiti Lagorai" per il Paiom. Raggiunto l'EuroHotel si svolta decisamente a dx attaccando la lunga rampa cementata. Qui le pendenze sono quasi proibitive e farla tutta in sella è cosa che pochi possono permettersi. Più su la strada spiana e poco dopo si raggiunge la larga cima dove si trova l'arrivo degli impianti di risalita e il rifugio. Si torna per la stessa strada fino al bivio dove le indicazioni del 226 fanno svoltare a sx e si scende lungo una s.f. che incrocia più volte la pista da sci per poi ricollegarsi alla "strada del bosco" e in breve si torna al "Doss dei Laresi". si scende ora sulla strada asfaltata fino al bivio con la strada di Masi, già percorsa all'andata e si svolta a dx, facendo così ritorno al Centro del Fondo di Lago.
