Partenza da Cimacanale, bar “Ai Cacciatori”, 1240 mt s.l.m. Dopo la località Cima Canale si continua fino al bivio di Pramarino (1250m) dove si gira a sinistra e si attraversa il torrente Londo. Si prosegue su strada asfaltata fino al bivio di Ciandon girando poi a destra fino alla malga Dignas (1686m). Poco dopo si giunge ad un bivio dove mantendo la destra si raggiunge la successiva malga Campobon (1941m). La carrareccia diventa un pò più pianeggiante e con saliscendi si prosegue fino alla malga Manzon (1890m). Dalla malga Manzon si prosegue fino al bivio per Drotelle (1962m). La prossima tappa è la malga Chiastellin (1968m) seguita dalla malga Antola (1872m.) Bellissimo il single track su sentiero 170 (interamente ciclabile). Dopo la malga Antola inizia la discesa verso la malga Chivion (1745m). Da qui la discesa della Val d'Antola diventa più ripida attraversando i boschi (scorciatoie) fino a giungere alla località Piè della Costa (1338m). Qui si ritorna su strada asfaltata giungendo subito dopo alla località Costa d'Antola. In lieve discesa si ritorna al bivio lasciato all'inizio dell'itinerario e di li a poco si raggiunge il punto di partenza.

Here we go back on the paved road to the right after reaching the resort Costa d'itself is. In slight downhill back to the fork left at the beginning of the route and a little later you reach the starting point.
