Partenza da un qualsiasi paese della valle,destinazione rifugio Pernici Concei,si passa a fianco del rifugio e si prosegue sul sentiro militare,a tratti pedalabile e a tratti bisogna spingere,si consiglia di non rischiare specialmente se si è soli,perchè la pendenza sotto il sentiero è veramente rilevante,si prosegue fino a raggiungere i vecchi edifici delle 1° guerra mondiale.
Si prende il sentiero a sx e si sale per un breve tratto.
Poi comincia la discesa verso malga Saval,sentiero che si fa in sella,in fondo alla velle comincia il vero e proprio single track,non eccesivamente impegnativo,a tratti molto tecnico,io scendo dalla bici per diversi tratti ma per lo più per sicurezza( non sono il top nelle discese tecniche e con una bici da FR si puo fare in sella),in alcuni punti si gode di una bellissima visuale sulla valle.
Ci si collega con la strada che sale da Locca e si svolta a sx verso Mezzolago.
Bel giro,però se siete soli,ripeto fatto con prudenza.

You take the left path and go up for a short distance.
Then begins the descent towards the alp Saval, the path that ago in the saddle, cranks begins at the bottom of the real single track, it is excessively difficult, sometimes very technical, I get off the bike for several stretches but mostly for safety (they are not the top in technical descents with a bike by FR can be done in the saddle), in some places you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
There it connects with the road that goes from Locca and turn left towards Mezzolago.
Nice ride, but if you are alone, again made with some caution.
