WARNING track corresponds exactly to our lap, but we feel obliged to give you a tip: The direct ascent from Ref. Antelao the church of San Dionisio is absolutely no path and not just push the Bike: causes frequent steps must spalleggiarla or at least raise it; some short stretch is also slippery and a little 'exposed. You can simplify the path (while stretching it a bit ') coming back (after the essential visit to Ref. Antelao) up to D1 wp (q, 1710) - that is down to almost Antracisa fork and then take the trail (well marked) with ind. San Dionisio - Costapiana. There is the same to push the bike on the trail but definitely easier. After a km you arrive in wp G q. 1860 by which, for simple path to get to the church.
DESCRIPTION:
From the park we take the path of TAI (former railway headquarters Calalzo-Cortina) in dir Calalzo; after a few km in falsopino the long climb. It crosses Pieve di Cadore and climb to Pozzale. The road is paved but impemma; when the asphalt ends gradients are softened but the climb is long and steep ramps bottom giaioso / uneven alternate with long stretches easier and with good bottom. It breathes priofumo forest and the landscape becomes wider at every turn; definitely worth a stop to q.1340 (wp B1) where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Centro Cadore and its big lake A q. 1825, he scollina almost on top of Mount Tranego near a wooden Baitina (whose inhabitants gave us a nice welcome).
After stopping to catch his breath and admire the magnificent landscape, it drops quickly to Antracisa, losing about 130 m altitude. From here you climb quite easily toward the Rif. Antelao (shortly after the fork will find the junction of which said "CAUTION") The slope is irregular (short tears) but the good bottom allows you to stay in the saddle. Stop at the shelter. We allow ourselves just a strudel and a drink because we imagine that the next half hour will be tough! Worse than expected ... however times respected and as a reward from the ridge of the church and from the top of the Cross (20 m higher) panorama 360 ° .. impossible to describe; I only mention His Majesty the Antelao Mountain looming near, with its mass and its 3264 m, making it the second highest peak of Dolonmiti (after the Marmolada). Then an endless descent from the top of the Cross (q., 1960) ciclable of the valley of Cadore: in the first section serves caution, even if the fund is not evil, the narrowness of the path and the strong exposure advise caution. As you go down the path widens, the fund increases while the slope is never excessive, increased enthusiasm e..la our speed. A. q. 1600 here is the beautiful ref. Costapiana, last chance for a rest in a pleasant and scenic. Then dip in the valley; alternating stretches of good gravel to asphalt: priudenza because there are those who rises to Ref. driving and in some places there is no space for breeding.
A q. 1090, hairpin with a fountain, then the road widens and you can give a little 'brakes: in short we are a country of Valle, from which, following the path on the former railway site, you return easily to the park of Tai from which we parties.
--------------------------------------------- -------------------------------- From the South (Mestre - TV) it runs along the A27 and then on the road in dir. Cortina; at the junction Cortina / Auronzo, is held in the left to Cortina and shortly after you get to TAI. Turning to the left, in the center of Tai, you will come to a large parking lot (just below the state); season in the area, however, is hard and there is also a Wednesday market; so it continues uphill towards the cilclabile (indicated park) where just beyond lies a less frequented and free parking
