Partenza dal parcheggio difronte all'ASL di Vignola, si prosegue verso il centro per poi prendere via Frignanese, scendere a Mulino di Bagnara ed imboccare il percorso sole. Una volta arrivati al ponte di Marano passarlo e proseguire per via castignone panoramico sterrato che sovrasta la fondovalle del Panaro. Arrivati alla vine di via castiglione svoltare a sinistra e proseguire fino a Rocchetta di Guiglia imboccare a sinistra la strada che passa davanti a un caseificio abbandonato , primo all'incrocio svoltare a destra proseguire fino a che la strada si divide in tre, svoltare a sinistra e proseguire per una carrareccia per 400 - 500 metri. Dopo alcuni sali e scendi arriverete ad un falsopiano dove sulla sinistra ci sono dei pali della luce e sullo sfondo si intravedono i Sassi di Roccamalatina. Da questo punto panoramico inizia un bel single track che attraversa il bosco sottostante e finisce su via fondovalle. Seguite la strada asfaltata e passate il ponte di Casona per tornare a prendere il percorso sole in direzione Vignola. Partenza dal parcheggio difronte all'ASL di Vignola

Once you get to the bridge and continue along Via Marano pass castignone scenic dirt road that overlooks the valley of the Panaro. Arriving at the vine via Castiglione, turn left and continue until you Rocchetta di Guiglia turn left onto the road that passes in front of an abandoned dairy farm, the first intersection, turn right and continue until the road splits in three, turn left and continue for a cart to 400-500 meters. After some ups and downs will come to a slight slope on the left where there are light poles and in the background you can see the Sassi of Roccamalatina. From this vantage point begins a beautiful single track through the woods and ends up way below the valley floor.
