Il mio itinerario ha inizio, per rompere il fiato, a Pila. Arrivato a Piode comincia la salita che dopo più di 15 tornanti e quasi 1000m di dislivello porta a Meggiana. Dopo una deviazione e ulteriore salita fino al rifugio,dal quale si gode di un'ottima vista sulle vallate circostanti e sul Monte Rosa, ritorno all'alpe di Meggiana; dalla strada principale si stacca un percorso completamente risistemato, sterrato e abbastanza ampio,molto ripido, che porta al Pizzo. Da qui dopo un breve tratto con altitudine pressochè costante inizia la discesa che si ricongiunge al paese di Rassa, all'incirca 1000m più sotto.
Sulla strada principale si ritorna, passando per Piode, al punto di partenza.

My itinerary starts to break the wind, in Pila. Arriving in Piode begins the climb that after more than 15 switchbacks and almost 1000m of altitude leads to Meggiana. After a detour and further climb up to the refuge, which offers an excellent view of the surrounding valleys and on Monte Rosa, return to Alpe Meggiana; from the main road branches off a completely restored, dirt and large enough, very steep, leading to Pizzo. From here, after a short stretch with almost constant altitude begins the descent which joins the village of Rassa, approximately 1000m below.
On the main road back, passing Piode, to the starting point.
