Trail Description

Ripresa l’asfaltata transitiamo all’ombra del Bosco Solagnone e giungiamo dinanzi all’Albergo Julia.

Excursion short but intense, totally in the shade of the woods, to be carried out preferably with a dry. It starts from the square in front of the bridge below the village of Pascellata. We begin to climb the Sp Log in direction, past the Fosso della Tufillara and reach an intersection near the village of Ciarelli. We turn to the right, we pass before the Bar of the Hunters and immediately take to the new Travel on the right track for 328 CAI that climbs steeply bypassing the village of Paranesi. After a few tears prohibitive wide dirt track enters the forest and begins to make us rise steadily. Circumvented the Mount of Spillara arrive Ara Martese. Resumption paved transiting the shadow of Bosco Solagnone and before we come to the Hotel Julia. We take the road up the hill to the right of the hotel. We are on the trail that passes in front of the Italian refuge Foerstale and penetrates in a beautiful fir. We continue straight on through a variety of easy ups and downs until the trail begins to descend not decided. We go out on a beautiful grassy plain dominated by ferns but at this point we must be careful to keep us on the right and see a thin trail that descends into Costa Granara. The track, halfway up, but pretty dirty fast, takes us back in a jiffy nell'Ara Martese. Once there, turn immediately left onto a dirt road that descends into a dizzying Ditch Pascellata. The descent is poison, fast on earthy background with the possibility of even a few jumps. Get off the first leg of the Fosso di Pascellata brings the blood to the head at least until you reach the first trickle of water flowing in a small stream. We are in the middle of the ditch, between the Costa Granara and the Costa Grande of Cesa. The cutting of forests and the frequent landslides have modified the pre-existing condition of the premises and as a result the spacious track you just traveled. We are forced then to pass a thankless tract which runs along the creek. Climbing over fallen trees and slippery rocks on the left at the top last sighted again the path. We climb a few feet to the left hand hovering bikes and go back down fast until the Sulfur Source finishing the mad rush just to our starting point.
