partiamo da Prato e prendiamo per lo stelvio, subito dopo Gomagoi prendiamo una sterrata a sinistra e saliamo fino alla fine, da li 20' a piedi sul sentiero dei masi, (volendo si può evitare prendendo la strada più avanti passando dal centro sportivo, oppure cercate tra i miei itinerari sotto "Malga Stelvio") poco prima del rifugio Forcola prendiamo a destra su sterrata che diventerà sentiero, iniziera a scendere fino alla Malga Stelvio, da li discesa veloce su sterrate nei prati, piccola risalita per andare sul sentiero 11 per scendere a Prato.
