Trail Description

The tour begins at the parking lot of the cemetery as the Elder (altitude 1150).
Proceed on asphalt in the direction of Pietraporzio and before you enter the town, at the height of an old barracks, we take on our right a narrow paved road that will lead us to the village of Morillon.
Here we find a fountain and the asphalt ends; Now we proceed on a track that crosses some fields and then starts to take share in a shady pine forest.
After the pine forest with a beam reach a small pylon dedicated to the Virgin Mary, from here the road gets a little 'more challenging, both as gradients or as background, but without the possibility of error leads us up to the Colle di Salsas Blancias (altitude 2447).
From the hill we go down for a few meters until you cross the trail that connects the refuge of Gardetta with Bandia , turn right and proceed on a slight slope to reach the hill of the Bandia.
Barely touched the surface asphalt turn right again on a well-marked path, the track is not particularly difficult, however, should take some caution given that proceeds always halfway through and some rocks.
Unique trait is critical bridge between two rocks on a point a little 'exposed, then carefully proceed with the bike on the side for a few meters, after this step the path back again path and reach a grassy saddle, hence changing the mountainside begin to go down.
now descending to about 200 feet always on the path, you have to pay again a little 'attention to the presence of some sections where landslides have ruined the path.
We will skip a track on your right and after a few meters our path begins to climb, the path is forcing us to proceed pushing the bike for about 45 minutes until you reach the Colle Serour.
From the hill starts our descent towards Elder, proceed straight on a trail that cuts the side of the mountain and some times a bit 'steep reach a grassy area, we orient ourselves toward our left finding the grass notches red-white face suddenly of technical hairpins and walk down to the creek.
reached the bank of the river, now we head to the right along another angle.
About half of the path we have to face one last stony ground, then the single track reaches the road which descends from the Bandia in the Valley of Our Lady.
continue down the dirt road until you reach the Gias Mure, where the dirt road gives way to a beautiful trail.
The path in the first part shows a good bottom, but moving in the descent becomes more rocky, crossing a stream the single track you into a wood and driving back again to be very pleasant.
crossing a wooden bridge followed by a short stretch of paved stones marks the end of our descent, in fact we enter the village Elder, cross it and soon we are at the starting point.
