Periodo consigliato: agosto – settembre
Punto di partenza: Certosa (Karthaus) in Val Senales.
Cartografia: Kompass 1:50000 numero 43 “Ötztaler Alpen”, 53 “Merano” e 52 “Val Venosta”.
Itinerario: Certosa (1327m) – Mitterkaser (1954m) – Eishof (2069m)– Rifugio Petrarca (2875m) – Lazinser Alm (1858m) – Plan (1622m) – Moso in Passiria (1007m) – Passo di Rombo (2474m, in tedesco Timmelsjoch) prendendo prima il la sterrata con il segnavia 5, poi la 44 bis fino al passo – Zwieselstein (1470m) seguendo il segnavia E5. Quando il sentiero non scorre più parallelo alla strada il singletrack diventa difficile con pezzi a spinta. La strada è più comoda. – Vent (1895m) seguire all´inizio il segnavia 40,4 sul lato sinistro della valle, poi prendere la strada asfaltata. – Martin-Busch-Haus (2501m) – Rifugio Similaun (3017m) circa 1 ora e mezza spingere, in parte su neve – lago artificiale di Vernago (1684m) – Certosa (1327m)

I tappa: Certosa - Rif. Petrarca 17km 1600m dislivello
II tappa: Rif. Petrarca - Vent (Austria) 74km 2300m dislivello
III tappa: Vent (Austria) - Certosa 25km 1100m dislivello Autobrennero uscita Bolzano sud, proseguire per Merano. Da lí risalire la Val Venosta fino a Naturno, dove si prende a destra per la Val Senales. Seguire la valle fino a Certosa.

Itinerary: Certosa (1327m) - Mitterkaser (1954m) - Eishof (2069m) - Petrarca Refuge (2875m) - Lazinser Alm (1858m) - Plan (1622m) - Moso in Passiria (1007m) - Passo Rombo (2474m, in German Timmelsjoch) before taking the dirt road to the trail 5, then step up to the 44a - Zwieselstein (1470m) following the trail E5. When the path no longer flows parallel to the road singletrack becomes difficult pieces with a boost. The road is more convenient. - Vent (1895m) follow the trail to the top 40.4 on the left side of the valley, then take the paved road. - Martin-Busch-Haus (2501m) - Iceman Refuge (3017m), about 1 hour and a half push, partly on snow - Vernago artificial lake (1684m) - Certosa (1327m)

III stage: Vent (Austria) - Charterhouse 25km 1100m altitude Autobrennero exit Bolzano Sud, continue to Merano . From there, go up the Val Venosta to Naturn where you turn right into the Val Senales. Follow the valley to Certosa.
