Bella giornata in compagnia dei Cinghiali di Teramo Mirco Cinghiale Foracappa (rpapero), Fabio Di Emidio e Luciano Chuck Dolceamore, e con Giovanni Raparelli alla scoperta di nuove visuali al di là del Terminillo, in luoghi a volte dimenticati: Valle Scura e monte di Cambio, discesa per la cresta NE.
Partendo da Posta 700 mslm e scendendo a Sigillo 600 mslm attraverso la vecchia statale, bella salita non sempre ciclabile per la valle Scura, con intermezzo degli spalti di Malepasso con portage di 200 m abbastanza duro; sopra ancora carrareccia in portage o puossage fino alle piane di Scura (dove si apre la panoramica conca sommitale con i monti Valloni e Elefante) e al rif. Sebastiani 1820 mslm.
Si risale per asfalto alla sella di Leonessa 1900 mslm e si ridiscende fino a quota 1760 mslm per imboccare la carrareccia che conduce al monte di Cambio; si passano Iaccio Crudele, Buco de Merlo e monte I Porcini con saliscendi di qualche centinaio di metri, su carrareccia e pascoli fin sotto l’ultima pettata: ultimi 100 m di dislivello in portage.
Dalla vetta del monte di Cambio 2081 mslm discesa verso la cesta NE, seguendo i pochi segnavia: inizio a freddo un po’ duro per il ripido pendio, poi, presa la mano, la cresta diviene divertente e mai troppo tecnica; più sotto e nel bosco flow e veloce, mai esasperato.

Beautiful day in the company of the Boar Boars of Teramo Mirco Foracappa (rpapero), Fabio Di Emidio and Luciano Chuck Dolceamore, and John Raparelli to discover new visual beyond the Terminillo, in places sometimes forgotten: Dark Valley and Mount Exchange, down to the NE ridge.
Starting from Post 700 meters above sea level and down to Seal 600 m through the old road, not always nice uphill path to the Dark valley, with intermission of the bastions of Malepasso with portage of 200 m pretty hard; over again in portage cart track or puossage to the plane of Dark (where you open the summit with panoramic valley and the mountains Walloons Elephant) and Ref. Sebastiani 1820 meters above sea level.
It dates back to the asphalt Lioness saddle 1900 m and descends to an altitude of 1760 m asl to take the track that leads to the mountain of change; you pass Iaccio Cruel, Buco de Merlo and upstream with Porcini The ups and downs of a few hundred meters onto the track and pastures just below the last pettata: the last 100 m of altitude in portage.
top of the mountain of 2081 meters above sea level change descent towards the basket NE, following the trail a few: cold start a little 'hard to the steep slope, then, taking her hand, the ridge becomes fun and not too technical; below and in the wood flow and fast, never exaggerated.
