salita: dalla stazione di bellano si sale verso la valsassina e poi verso esino tutta su asfalto. guardando la traccia gps troverete un incrocio tra salita e discesa. se volete potete saltare la parte alta che rispetto il giro è più impegnativa... se no continuo con il racconto. dopo l incrocio si continua su asfalto fino a un cartello del sentiero monte defendente. da qui si spinge x circa 15min con anche un pezzo dove dovrete prendere in braccio la vostra bici arrivati in cima ci si riposa gustandosi un bel panorama.
discesa: la prima parte è un free ride dove in molti punti il sentiero è solo accennato,ma intuibile, abbastanza ripido e oggi con la pioggia anche scivoloso. la seconda parte dopo aver incrociato la strada ha mille varianti io oggi ho fatto un sentiero largo e facile, ma molto veloce con dei bei tornanti e lunghi traversi a un certo punto ho finito le pile del gps, ma penso di aver perso solo 100 metri dove la strada non aveva bivi...comunque è pieno di segnavia potete inventarvi la vostra discesa. buon giro stazione di bellano

edge: Station bellano up towards the valsassina and then to esino all on asphalt. looking at the track gps there is an intersection between ascent and descent. if you want you can skip the high respect that the ride is more challenging ... if not continuous with the story. after crossing continues on asphalt up to a sign of the path upstream Defendente. Here goes around x 15min with a piece where you have to pick him up your bike get to the top you rest while enjoying a beautiful view.
descent: the first part is a free ride where in many places the path is only mentioned, but understand, quite steep and slippery today with the rain also. the second part after crossing the road has many variations today I made a wide path and easy, but very fast with some nice twists and long beams at one point I ran out of batteries in the GPS, but I think I lost only 100 meters where the road forks had not ... but it is full of trail you can invent your descent. good lap station bellano
