Con partenza dalla casa della riserva del lago di Piano, si prosegue in direzione Porlezza,Osteno lungo la strada provinciale. Si sale fino a Laino da qui ci si dirige verso Ponna superiore sempre su asfalto con pendenze medie in bel bosco. giunti ad un bivio prima dell'ingresso all'abitato di Ponna si svolta a destra verso la località Boffalora la strada ad un certo punto diventa sterrata ma con ottimo fondo ben pedalabile. Giunti al Boffalora si svolta a destra in direzione Rif. Venini per la nota strada militare. In discesa si segue il classico itinerario fino all'abitato di Nava, da qui si scende in direzione Croce a circa metà discesa in prossimità di una stretta curva a dx si svolta a sx (sbarra sempre aperta) da qui si segue una traccia nel bosco (segnalata da nastro giallo su piante) fino al paese di Grona, in breve lungo la ciclabile si chiude l'anello. Attenzione a mantenersi sempre lungo la traccia nel tratto segnalato dai nastri gialli. Presso la casa della riserva Lago di Piano

Departing from the house of the reserve of Lake Piano, continue in the direction Porlezza, Osteno along the road. Climb up to Laino from here we head towards Ponna higher still on the asphalt with average slopes in beautiful forest. reached a crossroads before the entrance to the village of Ponna turn right towards the town Boffalora the road becomes a dirt road at one point but with excellent easy road surface. Once at Boffalora turn right in the direction of Ref. Venini for the military road known. In descent follows the classic route to the town of Nava, from here down in the cross direction about halfway down near a sharp bend to the right, turn left (the bar is always open) from here you follow a trail in the woods (marked by yellow tape on plants) to the village of Grona, in short along the path quits the ring.
