Trail Description

Periodo migliore: giugno inoltrato, luglio, settembre

Note: route in alpine environment and all of singletrack with exposed sections (after the retreat Stevia) and many pedestrians in the summer. Always leave precedence to those who are on foot!
Starting point: Seceda (), Ortisei. You go up the cable car to the top (altitude 2518). The bikes are transported smoothly and are included in the 16 euro ticket. The climb by bike is a massacre, as you climb to the ski slopes in the second half.
Cartography: Tobacco 05, Val Gardena / Alpe di Siusi.
Best period: late June , July, September
Since the arrival of the cable car to the mountain take the second path and follow it for a long and fantastic stretch to the intersection with the big 2-3 in a dry river. From here, follow the trail 2-3 in the stream (so comfortably in the saddle) and arrive at the shelter in Florence. From here you can see the gorge which ends at the fork of Piza. They are 500 meters in altitude to do half push and half carrying the bike on his shoulder, walking time about 1 hour. If it scares you, read below for an easier alternative.
From Florence go down for a short stretch of dirt road and turn left into the path 4 that climbs in the canyon.
Arriving at the fork you will see that your efforts have been rewarded: a spatial path down to the shelter with Stevia views monstrous.
at the shelter (restaurant only, no overnight) continue to follow the path 4, which is more exposed, and get to the fork S. Silvestro. Here you get to the right (pushing 5 minutes) and then descend to S. Cristina. The initial section is exposed and difficult. Do not leave traces of braking if you're in the saddle!
Subsequently, the trail arrives in the woods and again becomes fluid. Take the trail and follow it until number 3 Daunei from here back to Ortisei on the paved road. Or try to turn right before Daunei and go Tubla, from here go down the path of a Plan by Tieja (who writes the test is as below).
Who does not want to stretch to push in the gully can get out of Piza Hut Florence on the dirt road and 1-3 just before the restaurant Sangon take left 3 before falling to S. Cristina as described above.
