Partenza da Dogna (loc.Balador). Ci si immette sulla pista ciclabile Alpe Adria. Uscire a Pietratagliata dove ha inizio la salita verso Malga Poccet (indicazioni). La strada è asfaltata e presenta una discreta pendenza fino all'agriturismo. Superati i due tornanti successivi comincia la strada sterrata. La pendenza aumenta, ma il fondo regolare permette di pedalare abbastanza agevolmente. Superata malga Jeluz ha inizio la discesa verso sella Bieliga. Giunti ad un bivio (crocevia) continuando sulla destra si scende all'omonima malga. Volendo compiere un anello (intorno allo Jof di Dogna) si può proseguire in discesa verso Chiout e poi per alcuni km su strada asfaltata ( val di Dogna ) fino a giungere al punto di partenza (giro classico). Al bivio di cui sopra invece si continua in discesa sulla sinistra (strada sterrata dissestata) seguendo segnavia Cai 603. Ad un punto la strada si trasforma in sentiero. In alcuni punti degli alberi caduti ci obbligano a scendere dalla mtb. Anche più in avanti bisogna superare a piedi una piccola frana (abbastanza agevole). Il sentiero attraversa un meraviglioso bosco di larici e abeti. La traccia non è molto lunga e si trasforma nuovamente in strada sterrata. Prestare molta attenzione in discesa lungo la carrareccia causa fondo sassoso e la notevole pendenza. Una volta raggiunto il paese di Bagni di Lusnizza si percorre la pista ciclabile Alpe Adria fino ad arrivare al punto di partenza. Diff. single track S1/S2.

Departure from Dogna (loc.Balador). There are places on the bike path Alpe Adria. Exit at Pietratagliata where begins the climb to Malga Poccet (directions). The road is paved and has a good slope to the farm. After two successive bends the dirt road begins. The slope increases, but the bottom allows you to adjust ride quite easily. Jeluz exceeded Alm begins the descent to the saddle Bieliga. Reached a crossroads (crossroads) continuing to the right you go down to the homonymous mountain hut. Wanting to make a ring (around the Jof di Dogna) you can continue downhill towards Chiout and then for a few km on paved road (val Dogna) until you reach the starting point (lap classic). At the junction of the above instead continue downhill on the left (rough dirt road), following Cai 603 At one point the road turns into a path. In some places fallen trees require us to get off the bike. Even more forward foot must overcome a small landslide (easy enough). The trail passes through a beautiful forest of larch and fir. The track is not very long and it turns back into a dirt road. Be very careful downhill along the dirt track because of its steepness and rocky bottom. Once you reach the village of Bagni di Lusnizza walk along the bike path Alpe Adria until you get to the starting point. Diff. Single track S1 / S2.
