Itinerario non troppo lungo ma intenso con salite dure ripagate da sentieri in discesa e falsopiano molto divertenti.
I sentieri non sono livellati ma pieni di pietre e per 3km anche esposti, personalmente non lo percorrerei in solitaria. Sebbene la quota massima non è elevata, aspetterei aprile o meglio maggio per seguire la traccia poichè il sentiero F7 è esposto a nord, di conseguenza la neve persiste in primavera.
Partenza da una piazza del comune di Veglio dove è presente un'utilissima fontana. La salita è subito ripida per poi diventare meno sofferente su strada bianca. Ad inizio del sentiero L61 il portage è inevitabile per una durata circa di 40 min fino ad arrivare ad una sterrata che conduce al bocchetto Sessera (~1400m). Dalla bocchetta girare a destra seguendo la strada bianca che sale dolcemente per 2km per poi arrivare ad un incrocio tra sterrate, continuare diritti. Superata una breve pietraia iniza l'F7 in single track esposto per il quale bisogna prestare molta attenzione e adoperare una buona tecnica dove si incontrano passaggi con pietre. Il sentiero incomincia in lieve salita per continuare in saliscendi per lo più in discesa con pendenze modeste; decisamente spassoso. Arrivati al bocchetto Luvera date un occhio al bordo opposto della strada, troverete l'imbocco dell'L21 (sentiero del lupo). Da qui discesa in single track veloce con un pò di pietre. Attenzione ai bivi, controllate ogni tanto la traccia gps, è facile continuare diritti e sbagliare. Si conclude il giro dal lato est del ponte della pistolesa, per tornare alle macchine seguire il bitume in direzione veglio.

Route is not too long but intense with hard climbs rewarded by hiking down a slight slope and very funny.
The trails are not leveled but full of stones and 3km also exposed, personally do not percorrerei solo. Although the maximum altitude is not high, expect April or May for better follow the trail as the path F7 is north-facing, so the snow persists in the spring.
Out from a square in the town of Old Man where there is a ' useful fountain. The climb is steep immediately and then become less suffering on the white road. At the beginning of the portage trail L61 is inevitable for a period of approximately 40 minutes until you come to a dirt road that leads to the bocchetto Sessera (~ 1400m). From the nozzle, turn right and follow the dirt road that gently climbs for 2km and then come to a dirt intersection, continue straight. Beyond a short stony Iniza F7 in the exposed single track for which you have to be very careful and use good technique where you meet with stone steps. The trail begins a slight uphill to continue going up and down mostly downhill gradients modest; definitely hilarious. Arrived at bocchetto Luvera have a look at the opposite edge of the road, you will find the entrance dell'L21 (path of the wolf). From here down in fast single track with some stones. Attention at the crossroads, so check in on the track gps, it is easy to go straight and be wrong. This concludes the tour of the east side of the bridge Pistolesa to return the machines to follow the bitumen in the direction veglio.
