Partenza dal solito posteggio all'ombra che non guasta, (vicino ll chiesetta si può caricare l'acqua) su per asfalto fino a Saliceto , oltre per S1. Qui si prende a Sx, si arriva sopra l'abitato in mezzo ai castagni, e si viaggia tra paicevoli saliscendi. Si arriva alla prima discesa important, "la rete" inizia un single track che a metà percorso si costeggia una rete, proseguendo attenzione che dopo una curva a DX comincia una discesa ripida di poche decine di metri, ma resa insidiosa dalle tracce a terra presenti. Si risale al Parco del Roero senza particolari problemi, e superandolo si scende da una discesa stretta resa insidiosa nell'ultimo tratto dalle tracce lasciate dalle moto e pegiorate dalle piogge. Si ritorna Vs. Saliceto per la strada bianca, la si abbandona per prendere a dx in salita leggera e si percorre un lungo saliscendi in terra rossa, che ci porterà al Boschetto. Usciti di li si riprende la strada bianca, ma dopo poche centinaia di metri si svolta a sx e dopo un tratto in leggera salita si affronta la risalita del 2° boschetto (ottimo anche al contrario come percorso) e terminata si svolta a sx, risalendo la strada in terra rossa, ci porterà in in un punto particolare; davanti a sx, una salita ripida, porterebbe alle "case abusive", noi prenderemo a dx, la "Carbunera", ma non prima di aver dato uno sguardo a uno dei tre presepi che animano questi boschi. Questa discesa è una delle più belle, anche perchè abbastanza lunga, ma è da affrontare con attenzione, in un punto occorrerà svoltare a dx, anche se il sentiero sembra andare dritto, e poi verso la fine (di solito si sente abbaiare dal centro di addestramento) perchè parecchio rovinata. Si rientrerà al posteggio da una strada bianca, spero vi sia piaciuto il giro. Se siete patiti di salite, vi consiglio il giro al contario. Da Bra la strada che fiancheggia l'ospedale direzione Saliceto Pocapaglia, come si incontra il cartello America dei Boschi sulla sinistra c'è il posteggio
