Partenza da Postumia (preferibile per evitare un tratto di salita al ritorno). Seguire la strada che scorre parallela all'autostrada. Raggiunto il bosco sulla destra si inizia a salire lungo una pista forestale immersa in una meravigliosa faggieta. La pendenza della carrareccia non è mai troppo eccessiva ed il fondo risulta ben battuto. Ad un primo incrocio si mantiene la sinistra (indicazioni) e superando alcuni saliscendi si perviene ad una biforcazione. Seguendo la traccia in salita (sinistra) con qualche brevissimo strappo si raggiunge la cima del Veliki Javornik. Si scende a ritroso e al bivio precedente ora si prosegue dritti lungo la pista forestale. Si perde quota velocemente fino a raggiungere una nuova intersezione. Si svolta a sinistra in leggera discesa e poi si prosegue attraverso dei saliscendi fino ad arrivare ad un un nuovo incrocio. Si nota un caratello con l'indicazione per Sveta Trojica. Si affronta un breve traverso molto panoramico su un fondo abbastanza sconnesso (sassi) che rende la pedalata molto faticosa. Si supera un bivio (sulla sinistra si nota il sentiero per la discesa). La salita diventa impegnativa e superata l'ultima rampa si raggiunte la chiesa di Sveta Trojica. Sulla destra cippo della vetta Velika Trojica (panorama a 360°). Scendere sul sentiero lungo una traccia erbosa che riporta in breve sulla pista sterrata. Subito dopo sulla sinistra si imbocca il single track. Sottobosco il fondo del sentiero è compatto (terreno battuto con alcuni sassi) e ciò lo rende molto scorrevole (molto divertente). Usciti dal bosco la traccia si fa leggeremente più impegnativa a causa delle pietre affioranti dal terreno (caratteristico sentiero carsico). Diff. single trail S1/S2. Si perviene su una strada bianca che la si segue fino ad un bivio dove si svolta a destra pedalando con alcuni saliscenti fino a raggiungere il paese di Petelinje. Si segue la strada principale attraversando i paesini di Selce, Matenja Vas, Rakitnik fino ad arrivare al punto di partenza.

Departure from Postojna (preferable in order to avoid a stretch of uphill on the way back). Follow the road that runs parallel to the highway. Reached the woods on the right you start to climb along a forest track nestled in a wonderful faggieta. The slope of the cartway is never too excessive and the bottom is well beaten. At the first junction keep left (signposted) and overcoming some ups and downs you come to a fork. Following the track uphill (left) with some very short tear you reach the top of Veliki Javornik. It goes back to the previous fork and now go straight along the forest track. You lose altitude quickly until a new intersection. Turn left down slightly and then continue through the ups and downs until reaching a new crossroads. You notice a keg with an indication for Sveta Holy Trinity. It faces a short traverse on a very scenic background pretty rough (stones) which makes the ride very tiring. Exceeding a junction (on the left you can see the path for the descent). The climb becomes challenging and exceeded last ramp reached the church of Sveta Holy Trinity. On the right of the memorial peak Velika Holy Trinity (360 °). Get off on the trail along a grassy track that brings in the short dirt track. Immediately after the left turn into the single track. Undergrowth the bottom of the trail is compact (land wrought with some pebbles), which makes it very smooth (very funny). Leaving the forest the track you leggeremente more challenging because of the stones protruding from the ground (typical Karst trail). Diff. Single trail S1 / S2. This leads onto a dirt road that you follow up to a junction where you turn right pedaling with some saliscenti until you reach the village of Petelinje. Follow the main road through the villages of Flint, Matenja Vas, Rakitnik until you get to the starting point.
