Percorso abbastanza impegnativo fisicamente, specialmente il ritorno in salita da Cassana al passo del Bardellone, pero' la discesa in Val di Vara è sicuramente affascinante e all' arrivo a Cassana sembra di essere capitati in un altro mondo, lontani anni luce dalla vita balneare della costa.
Da Framura si sale verso Montaretto, si arriva al bivio per Levanto e si prende in salita la strada per il Bracco, che si abbandona dopo poche decine di metri per prendere la sterrata che in pochi kilometri porta all' hotel ristorante "La Rossola".
Si entra nel cancello sempre aperto e si segue la stradina fino a uscire da un altro cancelletto da cui ci si immette nel sentiero 28-19.
Si scende per qualche decina di metri e si arriva ad un crocevia. Si segue il sentiero di sinistra, spesso ingombro di rovi, ma che in 10-15 minuti porta ad una sterrata che si segue a destra finchè non si arriva sull' asfalto al crocevia di Foce di Dosso. SI sale al passo del Bardellone, a circa 650 m. e si prosegue finché la traccia piega a sinistra su di una sterrata. Dopo poco inizia la discesa, facile su sterrate, finché ad un tornante a sinistra si prosegue dritti su single-track.Qui conviene mettersi le protezioni perchè c'è qualche tratto ripido ma divertente da gustarsi con la dovuta tranquillità.
FInito il single track ci si trova su asfalto dove, tolte le protezioni, si può salire a Cassana e visitare brevemente il borgo.
Il ritorno si svolge in salita su sterrata fino al Bardellone. Da qui si scende brevemente su asfalto fino a incontrare delle indicazioni sulla sinistra per Montale/Levanto. Ci si rimette le protezioni e si scende per questo sentiero non difficile passando per Montale; infine ci si trova a Levanto. In questa discesa abbiamo sbagliato strada un paio di volte ritornando poi sui nostri passi, come testimonia la traccia.
Arrivati a Levanto fatevi pure una bella birrozza che ve la siete meritata !!!

Path quite physically demanding, especially the uphill return from Cassana pace of Bardellone, but 'the downhill in Val di Vara is certainly fascinating and all' arrival in Cassana seem to have stumbled into another world, light years away from the beach life coast.
From Framura up towards Montaretto, we arrive at the fork to Levanto and take the uphill road to Bracco, which you leave after a few meters to take the dirt road that leads to a few kilometers' hotel restaurant "The Rossola."
You enter the gate is always open and follow the road until you exit another gate by which we enter into the path 28-19.
It comes down to a few tens of meters and you arrive at a crossroads. Follow the trail to the left, often full of brambles, but in 10-15 minutes leads to a dirt road that runs to the right until you get on the 'asphalt at the crossroads of Foce di Dosso. YES rises to step Bardellone, about 650 m. and continue until the track turns left onto a dirt road. Shortly after the descent, easy on dirt, until a bend to the left continue straight on single-track.Qui should get protection because there is some steep but fun to enjoy with the necessary peace of mind.
Finished single track where you are on asphalt, removed the caps, you can go to visit briefly Cassana and the village.
The return takes place on a dirt road uphill until Bardellone. From here you descend briefly on asphalt to meet the indications on the left to Montale / Levanto. It defers the guards and go down this path not passing through difficult Montale; Finally, we are located in Levanto. In this descent we were wrong road a couple of times back then retrace our steps, as evidenced by the track.
Arrive in Levanto also get a nice birrozza that you're a well-deserved!
