Dal posteggio di America dei Boschi, si prende la strada asfaltata fino a Saliceto, alla rotonda si procede su strada Boschi, fino ad incontrare la stradina in salita di terra rossa, si prosegue a SX in leggera salita, fino ad incontrare il bivio e si prende la strada a DX dopo un breve tratto dove si costeggia un campo si rientra per un breve tratto nel bosco e quasi alla fine dello stesso sulla destra incomincia un sentiero in discesa non difficoltoso (se non in alcuni punti segnati dal passaggio di moto): Terminata la discesa, e tornati sulla strada bianca che attraversa un bosco fitto, si svolterà a sinistra attraversando un bosco più rado dove il sentiero è in salita. Da quando si esce si percorrerà un tratto di ripresa piuttosto lungo, diciamo di trasferimento, per nulla impegnativo, che ci riporterà a percorrere un tratto già affrontato prima, per poi arrivare all'inizio dell'ultima discesa imboccando il sentiero a DX. In quel punto, prima di imboccare la discesa "Carbunera" se guardate al piede di un albero a dx dl sentiero, troverete un presepe: è uno dei tre che si possono trovare nei nostri boschi.
Attenzione nel percorrere la veloce discesa, unico tratto impegnativo per controllare la velocità in funzione del fondo rovinato dalla pioggia e dal transito di moto e trattori. E' un tratto suggestivo, un tunnel nel verde, prestare attenzione verso la fine.
