Da Isola si prende la sterrata che costeggia il fiume fino ad una carrareccia, si svolta prima a Dx poi all'altezza di una casa con una fonte si svolta a SX.
Si sale fino a Cerchiara, si prosegue sulla sterrata che sale ripida oltre il paese ed arriva ad una fonte.
Da qui si prosegue con la bici in spalla per un dislivello di 130 mt circa.
A quota 1070 si incontra un sentiero che con sali-scendi dolci percorre il canale di presa dell'acqua.
Dopo 9 Km sulla SX scende un sentiero che porta a San Pietro, raggiunta la chiesa si prende la vecchia strada fino ad Isola. Dalla A24 Teramo-Roma uscita San Gabriele Colledara seguire le indicazioni per Isola del Gran Sasso.

From Island, take the dirt road that runs along the river to a track, turn Right at first then at the height of a house with a source, turn LEFT.
Climb up to Cerchiara, continue on the dirt road that climbs steeply over the country and arrives at a source.
From here you take the bike on his shoulder for a height difference of 130 meters approximately.
At an altitude of 1070 meets a path with gentle ups and downs along the channel water intake.
After 9 Km on the left, down a path that leads to St. Peter, reached the church, take the old road up to Isola. From the A24 Teramo-Rome, exit San Gabriel Colledara follow the signs to Isola del Gran Sasso.
