é un giro molto impegnativo che ha come culmine la vetta del monte bue a 1784 metri .
Si parte dalla ex cantoniera all'inizio della strada per le pianazze tra farini e ferriere , con sentiero si arriva a ferriere , si prosegue per il sentiero del lago moo fino a canadello , asfalto fino a Pertuso , prima del prato grande si gira a destra per lo zovallo , dopo la sorgente del leccia a destra e si arriva in vetta al bue , si spinge la bici solo nell'ultimo tratto .
Si scende a prato cipolla per la pista da sci e si prende il sentiero per il groppo rosso con vista fantastica , si torna indietro un po e si gira verso il lago nero .
A fontana gelata le cose cambiano , per chi , come me , vuole andare al lago nero ci sono 15 minuti a quasi spinta totale , anche nella discesa ci sono molti sassoni e gli ultimi 100 metri prima della statale sono a piedi .
Si risale all'albergo dove si gira a sinistra per il sentiero per selva per poi ancora a destra per Pertuso dovi si ripercorre la salita stavolta fino al prato grande per poi scendere al lago bino e , su una sassosa stada , al lago moo . Giro del lago e su stradina si arriva a san Gregorio , poi asfalto scendendo a le moline e alla partenza
Da san Gregorio volevo risalire a Cassimoreno per poi scendere per la strada sterrata che sbuca sopra le Moline ma un violento tempotale mi ha costrettoa a scendere direttamente a le moline e tornare alla partenza , chi è più fortunato di me lo completi in questo modo , comunque va bene anche così .
ho notato che la traccia è errata nel giro attorno al lago moo , il sentierino è però molto evidente
3 tratti che non conoscevo li ho copiati dalla guida della Libertà di Ilaria fenti , sono il sentiero da Perotti a Ferriere con guado a piedi nudi brrrrrr del nure , da prato cipolla al groppo rosso e il sentiero tra l'albergo lago nero e selva , il resto lo conoscevo .
C'è grande abbondanza di fontane segnalo quella sulla statale al 2° ponte , ferriere, pertuso , 2 prima dello zovallo , quella del leccia dopo lo zovallo , a prato cipolla , fontana gelata , selva ,pertuso , le moline , ma ce ne sono altre .
