inizio dicendo che questo itinerario è sostanzialmente un esperimento, oggi ho usato per la prima il mio nuovo garmin quindi perdonate inesattezze o errori.
la traccia parte da Domodossola (ma potete più semplicemente prendere la strada per bognanco)
seguite la strada asfaltata, poco prima di bognanco fonti, svoltate a sinistra per messasca/pinez/ pioi.
proseguite per delle rampe molto ripide,fino all'abitato di pioi, dalla piazzetta oltrepassate la fontana il lavatoio e prendete il primo sentiero che scende sulla sinistra (indicaz. San Marco).
continuate per questo bel sentierino nel bosco (un pò sporco in questo periodo) mediamente tecnico (,fate attenzione solo a due tornantini un poco esposti) fino alla chiesetta di San Marco.
attraversate il sagrato della chiesa,e scendete per un sentiero/mulattiera un poco sconnesso fino a sbucare sulla strada per bognanco percorsa in precedenza.
scendete in direzione di Domodossola alla frazione Al Torno entrate a sinistra tra le case e risalite il sentiero che vi porta a Barro.
arrivati a Barro non salite sulla strada asfaltata ma entrate a destra tra le baite e con qualche passaggio su scalinata moderatamente tecnico prendete il "sentiero Cattaneo", bellissimo singletrack in mezza costa, fate solo un pò di attenzione a qualche tratto esposto ma in gran parte è veloce ed entusiasmante.
risalite a Cisore prendete la mulattiera per Mocogna, arrivati alla Cappelletta, uscite dalla mulattiera sulla destra per una variante breve e più tecnica (tanta vegetazione ma la traccia è ancora ben visibile) fino a ricongiungervi alla mulattiera che vi riporta a Mocogna e da li a Domodossola.

start by saying that this itinerary is essentially an experiment, today I first used my new garmin so forgive any inaccuracies or errors.
the track starts from Domodossola (but you can simply take the road to Bognanco)
follow the paved road, just before Bognanco sources, turn left messasca / pinez / Pioi.
go to the very steep ramps, to the village of Pioi, from the square past the fountain in the wash and take the first path down on the left (of indication. San Marco).
to keep this beautiful path in the forest (a bit dirty in this period) average technician (, pay attention only to two hairpin bends a little exposed) to the church of San Marco.
crossed the churchyard, and go down a path / trail until you reach a little bumpy on the way to Bognanco covered previously.
off in the direction of Domodossola to the village Torno Al revenue between the houses to the left and go up the path that takes you to Barro.
arrived at Barro not go up the paved road to the right but revenue among chalets and some moderately technical step on the staircase, take the "path Cattaneo", a beautiful singletrack in the hillside, do just a little bit attention to some exposed stretches but mostly it is fast and exciting.
Cisore bounced back to take the trail to Mocogna, arrived at the chapel, leave the trail on the right for a short variant and more technical (lots of vegetation, but the track is still visible) to rejoin the trail that takes you back to Mocogna and from there to Domodossola.
