Annecy > Pas de l'Âne :Rejoindre la Visitation en passant par la Vieille Ville puis suivre la route qui passe derrière afin d'atteindre la Tambourne et le départ des chemins (point d'eau).Prendre alors le "circuit Central" (balisage jaune), qui passe d'abord par le "sentier Ernest Guinier" puis par le "chemin de Sous les Becs". Ce chemin est d'abord indiqué comme balisé sur IGN jusqu'en contrebas du point 629m. Ensuite, bien que balisé, il n'est plus indiqué comme tel sur IGN. Après être passé à l'Ouest du point 629 m, le sentier longe par le bas et par l'Ouest les falaises d'escalade de la Grand Jeanne. Il rejoint de nouveau le sentier balisé sur IGN au "rond point des Écureuils" vers 740 m.Descendre alors plein Est puis monter plein Sud par le sentier "Louis Lachat" (balisage rouge) afin de longer la D41 par l'Ouest. A l'intersection de chemins sur la courbe de niveau 770 m, monter à droite direction Nord-Ouest par le "sentier des Gelinottes" pour atteindre le "belvédère des Gélinottes". Continuer plein Sud par un sentier plutôt roulant jusqu'à une courte et raide montée technique (portage) qui mène au belvédère du Crêt des Bruyères.Après un faux plat en single technique, au croisement de chemins, prendre à droite le chemin qui monte au point 871m sur le "circuit du Périmètre" (balisage bleu). Au point 871m, continuer toujours plein Sud jusqu'au Pas de l'Âne (845m), à l'Ouest des Puisots.Pas de l'Âne > Couvent Sainte Catherine :Continuer vers le Sud sur le "sentier de la Crête" qui après deux montées successives (poussage) finit en descente super roulante jusqu'à la D41 au point 847m (parking des Sables). Prendre alors le chemin balisé sur IGN qui part Nord-Ouest puis Sud, longe la D41 par l'Ouest et ramène à cette D41 au point 869m (parking des Sangliers).Monter sur la D41 sur 10m et trouver à droite le "chemin des Trembles" qui part plein Ouest. Suivre ce chemin balisé en vert jusqu'à la piste forestière (croisement en T). Prendre alors à droite, direction Ouest, sur le "chemin de la Goutte" et descendre jusqu'au carrefour de "la Croisette" (865 m).Prendre ensuite à droite, direction Nord par le "chemin de Sainte Catherine" jusqu'à la Boverie. Continuer à descendre sur ce chemin, direction Nord-Nord-Est, longer le vallon Sainte Catherine, et après une épingle à gauche qui débouche sur un croisement, continuer plein Sud puis Ouest pour atteindre le Couvent Sainte Catherine.Couvent Sainte Catherine > Annecy :Revenir au croisement et prendre à gauche pour descendre Nord-Nord-Est. Après deux épingles à gauche, aux Essais, trouver un single qui part à droite, direction Nord-Est et balisé vert (on est toujours sur le "chemin de Sainte Catherine"). Après 50m de portage obligatoire, le single devient roulant en même temps qu'il n'est plus indiqué sur IGN. Le single descend toujours plein Nord, longe d'abord la courbe de niveau 600 m puis 550 m jusqu'à atterrir au chemin de départ puis à la Tambourne.Remonter alors par la route au point 540 m et au niveau du centre de vacances de la Petite Jeanne, trouver un sentier qui mène au camping au pied de la montée du Semnoz. On retrouve alors la route qui ramène au centre d'Annecy.
Annecy> No Donkey: Join the Visitation through the Old City and follow the road that runs behind to reach the Tambourne and departure paths (no water) .Take then the "Central Circuit" ( yellow markings), which begins with the "trail Ernest Guinier" and by the "way of the Sub Becs". This path is indicated as first marked on IGN until 629m below the item. Second, although marked, it is indicated as such on IGN. After going to the West from the point 629 m, the trail runs along the bottom and the West climbing cliffs of the Grand Jeanne. He rejoined the marked trail on IGN "roundabout Squirrels" about 740 full m.Descendre then East then climb due south along the path "Louis Lachat" (red markings) to follow the D41 by the West. At the intersection of paths on the 770 m contour, right up Northwest direction by the "path grouse" to reach the "viewpoint of grouse". Continue due south by a rather rolling path up a short steep and technical climb (porting) leading to the gazebo of Cret Bruyères.Après a false flat in technical single, at crossroads, turn right on the road that climbs to Point 871m on the "circuit of the perimeter" (blue markings). At the 871m point still continue due south to No Donkey (845m), west of Puisots.Pas Donkey> Couvent Sainte Catherine: Continue south on the "path of Crete" which after two successive climbs (pushing) ends up rolling great descent to the D41 point 847m (parking des Sables). Then take the path marked on IGN that goes northwest and then south along the D41 from the west and brings this to the point D41 869m (car park Boars) .Fit on the D41 for 10 meters and find the right "path Trembles "who share due west. Follow the green marked path up the forest track (T-junction). Then take right direction West, the "way of the Drop" and get to the crossroads of "La Croisette" (865 m) .Take then right towards the north by the "St. Catherine of way" to Boverie. Continue down this path towards North-East, along the valley of St. Catherine, and after a pin to the left that leads to a junction, continue due south then west to reach the Couvent Sainte Catherine.Couvent St. Catherine> Annecy: return to the intersection and turn left down North-East. After two pins on the left, the trials, finding a single that hand right towards Northeast and marked green (there is always the "Sainte Catherine path"). After 50m of forced portering, the single is rolling at the same time it is no longer shown on IGN. The single still down due north, first along the contour 600 m and 550 m to the landing path and start to Tambourne.Remonter then by the road at 540 m and at the holiday center Little Jeanne, find a trail to the campsite at the foot of the climb Semnoz. One then finds the road back to the center of Annecy.
