Si parte dal parcheggio situato nei pressi del campo sportivo (m. 850 ca.). Si va in direzione del cimitero per poi prendere subito un sentierino a sx. Si giunge fino ad una strada asfaltata, a dx. in breve ad Aielli. Dalla parte alta del paese, si scende fino ad incontrare una larga sterrata che, presa a dx, risale le Gole di Aielli. Si sale con pendenza moderata e fondo buono nella parte iniziale, poi il fondo a tratti peggiora e con uno spettacolare andamento a zig zag (splendide vedute sulla Piana del Fucino) si raggiunge Vado Castello e poi l'alpeggio dei Prati di S. Maria. In breve si raggiunge un passo (quota 1.600 ca.) dove, preso a sx. si scende lungo la Val D'Arano (fondo a tratti sconnesso) fino a raggiungere alcuni maneggi. Si prosegue verso il centro di Ovindoli (quota 1.370 ca.) da dove si sale - su asfalto - verso i campi da sci. Dal piazzale degli impianti si imbocca la sterrata che sale fino a Vado Ceraso (quota 1.580) dove si segue un sentierino a dx. fino a raggiungere una cava ed il vicino rifugio di recente costruzione (generalmente chiuso) che si affaccia sul pianoro dei Piani di Pezza. A dx. fino al passo di Capo di Pezza, poi la strada diventa asfaltata e si scende al paese di Rovere (1.350 ca.). Nei pressi del cimitero inizia un sentiero (ora pista ciclabile nel tratto iniziale) che ben presto entra nel bosco e percorre in quota il fianco della montagna. Dopo aver costeggiato una recinzione il sentiero sbuca sulla strada asfaltata per Secinaro, si va a dx per circa 500 m. e, superato un largo spiazzo, si prende ancora a dx. e si segue un altro splendido sentiero nel bosco. Superate alcune rampe impegnative, si sbuca in una area prativa dove, seguendo una traccia erbosa (tralasciare quella sulla dx.) si raggiunge in breve un fontanile. A monte di questo, inizia una sterrata che, su fondo a tratti breccioloso, termina su una strada asfaltata chiusa al traffico. Si prende a destra, in salita ed in breve l'asfalto lascia il posto allo sterro. Si raggiunge un colmo (quota 1.180 ca) poi inizia una discesa che - attraversata infine l'area delle pale eoliche - giunge sulla strada asfaltata nei pressi di Collarmele. It starts from the parking lot located near the sports field (m. 850 approx). It goes in the direction of the cemetery and then immediately take a path on the left. It comes down to a paved road to the right. in short to Aiello. From the top of the village, go down until you reach a large dirt holding dx, dates Gorge Aiello. It climbs gently and good bottom in the first part, then the bottom and at times worse with a spectacular zig zag (stunning views over the Piana del Fucino) to reach the Castle and then I go to the pasture of Prati di S. Maria. You will soon reach a pitch (altitude 1,600 approx) where, taken on the left. descend along the Val D'Arano (bottom disjointed at times) until you reach some riding. It continues through the center of Ovindoli (ca. 1,370 share) from where you climb - on asphalt - to the ski fields. From the square of the plants, take the dirt road that climbs up to Vado Ceraso (altitude 1,580) where you follow a path on the right. until you reach a hut near the quarry and the newly built (generally closed) overlooking the plateau of Piani di Pezza. A dx. step up to the Capo di Pezza, then the road becomes paved and down the country of Oak (ca. 1350). Near the cemetery began a path (now a cycle lane in the initial section) which soon enters the forest and along the side of the mountain at high altitude. After walking along a fence the trail ends on the paved road for Secinaro, you go to the right for about 500 m. and, after an open space, you take right again. and follow another beautiful forest path. After some challenging ramps, you will come out in a grassy area where, following a grassy track (disregard the one on the right.) You will soon reach a fountain. Upstream of this, a dirt road that starts on the bottom at times breccioloso, ends on a paved road closed to traffic. Go to the right, uphill and soon the asphalt gives way to the excavation. It reaches a height (altitude 1,180 ac) then begins a descent that - finally crossed the area of wind turbine blades - arrives on the asphalt road near Collarmele.
