L'itinerario è ad anello partendo dalla rotonda di Palinuro, ma la parte in salita è tutta asfalto, il divertimento arriva in discesa! Tutta in single track! Giro breve e non impegnativo ma ottimo per chi ha un oretta ma anche due se si vuol fare con calma e con le dovute pause per le foto
La discesa si alterna ad alcuni tratti molto scorrevoli e poco pendenti ad altri un po tecnici ed ostici, ma la pendenza negativa non si fa mai significativa. Da fare attenzione solo sui tornanti finali su gradinata dove chi non avesse un ottima padronanza del mezzo è costretto a poggiare il piede a terra.
Bici consigliata 140-140, ma come al solito vale la regola che chi ha manico un sentiero del genere se lo fa con una front!
Sentiero che merita veramente tanto, non solo per il divertimento ma anche e sopratutto per il panorama e la natura!
Video lungo ma ottimo per chi vuole conoscere e vedere il percorso nella sua interezza, ovviamente solo la discesa
C'è anche la seconda discesa che non abbiamo ancora tracciato con il gps! La rotonda di Palinuro ad inizio paese.

The descent alternates with some sections very smooth and slightly droopy other a bit technical and confusing, but the negative slope is never significant.
