Si parte dalla frazione Taverne si segue la strada che porta alla localita fonte delle mattinate, poi si sale su fino in cima dove si può ammirare tutto l'altipiano di Colfiorito. dopo un paio di km pianeggianti si svolta a sinistra dove ci attende una bella discesa di circa 3km immersa nel bosco, arrivati alla fine si arriva in loc Casali e si prende la ss 77 per arrivare a Colfiorito poi svolta a sinistra per il ritorno al punto di partenza.

It starts from the hamlet Taverne follow the road that leads to the location of the source mornings, then climb up to the top where you can see all the plain of Colfiorito. after a couple of km flat turn left where we can enjoy a beautiful drop of about 3 km deep in the woods, arrived at the end you get loc Townhouses and take the SS 77 to get to Colfiorito then turn left to return to the point of departure.
