Da San Polo si sale in sterrato passando per Pezzano a Grassano. Qualche strappetto impegnativo ma pedalabile.
Si prosegue su asfalto fino a Canossa e ancora a Cavandola da dove si imbocca lo sterrato che porta al monte Tesa. Salita impegnativa ma bella. Per scendere sulla statale se si vuole evitare una discesa difficile si puo scendere sul sentiero che si incontra a sinistra seguendo solo la parte iniziale della traccia gps.
La discesa prosegue fino a Rossena (qui consiglio un giretto a Campotrera qui non tracciato) e ancora fino a San Polo.

A San Polo chiedere delle scuole, il punto di partenza è il parcheggio delle scuole vicino la stazione ferroviaria.

From San Polo climbs a dirt road through a Pezzano Grassano. Some strappetto challenging but pedaled.
Continue on asphalt to Canossa and still Cavandola where you take the dirt road that leads to Mount Tesa. Challenging climb but beautiful. To get off the main road if you want to avoid a difficult downhill you can go down the path you'll find on the left and follow only the initial part of the track gps.
The descent continues until Rossena (here recommend a ride in Campotrera here not traced) and on to San Polo.

A San Polo ask the schools, the starting point is the parking lot of the schools near the railway station.
