Il Monte Girella (1814 m.) è la cima più alta della Montagna dei Fiori, posta al margine nord-orientale del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga. Da Castel Trosino si sale per una frangifuoco fino San Giacomo e si continua per la strada sterrata che sale alle Tre Caciare. Si prosegue quindi per un single-track che risale Il Vallone fino al Lago di Sbraccia o della Caccavella, bacino carsico dove vive il Tritone Crestato. Con duecento metri di dislivello, quasi tutti a spinta, si arriva sulla vetta del Monte Girella, dalla quale si apre un panorama eccezionale, che va dal Mare Adriatico al Conero, ai Monti Sibillini, ai Monti della Laga, al Gran Sasso ed alla Majella. La discesa è dapprima per i ripidi pendii erbosi della Montagna dei Fiori e poi per un sentiero nel bosco che taglia il fianco orientale del monte fino a San Giacomo. Il finale del giro è tutto per un lungo e tortuoso single-track, scorrevole e molto divertente, che termina poco prima dell'abitato di Castel Trosino.

The Swivel Mount (1814 m.) Is the highest peak of the Mountain of Flowers, located in the north-eastern edge of the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. From Castel Trosino you climb up a firebreaks San Giacomo and continue on the dirt road that goes up to the Three Cheese Factories. We then proceed to a single-track dating from The Valley to Lake Sbraccia or Caccavella, karst basin where he lives Triton Crested. With two-hundred meters, almost all push, we arrive at the summit of Mount Swivel, from which there is an exceptional panorama that goes from the Adriatic Sea to the Conero, the Monti Sibillini, the Monti della Laga, the Gran Sasso and the Majella . The descent is at first the steep grassy slopes of the Mountain of Flowers and then to a forest path that cuts through the eastern flank of the mountain to San Giacomo. The final round is all for a long and winding single track, smooth and very enjoyable, ending just before the town of Castel Trosino.
