Percorso che parte dalla pedemontana che da Monticchio porta a Sezze. Bisogna "scavalcare" un cancello poichè la prima salita è in una proprietà privata. Si sale fino ai circa 400 mt.in località "Antignana". Si prosegue verso Sezze su asfalto fino a raggiungere lo sterrato della "Forestale". La salita si addentra nel bosco fino ai 750 mt.., dove comincia un impegnativo single track che da "Valle Vota" ci porta a Bassiano. Seguendo Via Romana Vecchia sia da Sermoneta che da Sezze
