Descrizione itinerario

Nota aggiuntiva.

Itinerary
From the station, cross the main road and enter immediately on the street that a long series of twists and turns, beginning on asphalt, then large and wide dirt road takes you with no mistakes on the plateau of Fiescheralp. The terrain allows for a very compact quite smooth progression, challenging but never too hard. Are more or less three hours of climbing without a breather. Once at the beautiful conglomeration of houses Kunboden, brief stop, then, we head in the direction of arrival of the cable car, you go to the left of the building and slightly downhill shooting the dirt road that goes towards the goal. Also for large off-road and you will arrive at the bifurcation of quota 2190. Continue on the dirt road to the left, one to the right, is the alternative for the return, in case there is an intention to do the sideways along the glacier dell ' Aletsch and in doing so we arrive at the tunnel (1 Km. lit), which allows you to pass on the other side and get to the fixed goal of Gletscherstube and Marjelesee. (Possibility of a beautiful park and a restaurant before resuming the ride.
Beautiful, amazing, magnificent scenery, completely different from all the route of ascent.
Return.
Now begins the most spectacular and beautiful of this route. From the hut, with no possibility of making a mistake, you put on the path that leads to the glacier. brief descent, then a short climb with bikes on their shoulders and followed along a beautiful path that runs along the glacier tongue you begin the long and endless sideways. Very nice dirt road. rare and without extreme difficulties more complicated steps, you ride and you scroll down this path very smoothly, unthinkable and it was surprising the bottom, a few pitfalls and obstacles of relief. With great satisfaction and enjoyment we were thrilled with this choice we thought we riservasse complications. Warning! Along the beam, you will come to a fork in very obvious and clear, continue on the right path without delay. Making at the end of the beam a logic inversion, go down to the lake and the village of Bettmeralp. (More challenging this descent, along the beam). From Bettmeral, along the main road you pass by Biel, Greicheralp, Riederalp. Look out! From here on it is described a return to the valley very complex and very long, which leads initially to the Southeast, and then fold in the opposite direction, following the various conformations of the valley until the final descent to Lax. (If you have attached to the description of the track you will not find difficulty in orientation, in the opposite case, we need a good and excellent sense of direction and some of the re-entry times may be longer. Consequently, this description fails to give the maximum of information, particularly for certain diverts little obvious and logical that at first glance can lead to suspicions of error path. Riederalp Since, for large path you go down to Nieschbord and Oberried at an altitude of 1443 Now with a reversal, continue downhill and cross where occasionally you will have to go back for a short distance. Continuing towards Wjde - Matte, then move on to Egga - Greich - Goppisberg - Betten - Egga1 - in a succession of various shapes and difficulty of the track. Egga1 From a long climb 4 Km. roam the curves underlying Grengiol then get to Martisberg and end this endless downhill fun ride with the wide path to Lax.
If you are served 4 hours for the climb, take into consideration that needs further 4 for this long descent and return.
Additional note.
Beautiful ride, beautiful landscapes on both sides flowing with this track. Serves, however, a more than good physical preparation and a sure grasp of the bike.
We remained on the spot to make a journey to the top of Breithor-Furgge from Grengiol
