Trovasta è un paesino alle spalle di Pieve di Teco, posto a 500 metri circa slm, ha una bella sterrata, con pendenza costante mai superiore al 6% che ci fa arrivare sino al Colle di Nava.
Noi poi proseguiamo un tratto in asfalto sino alla chiesa di località S. Bernardo d'Armo, quota 1100 slm. circa.
Da qui una larga sterrata, nella sua prima parte piena di varianti, più o meno tutte descritte e mappate con il gps e naturalmente pubblicate, ci fa scendere alla borgata Trastanello.
Si rientra su asfalto e sempre in discesa in breve si arriva al punto di partenza che è situato al bivio della cittadina del titolo.
Tutto sterrato, senza difficoltà tecniche è l'ideale per cominciare a muovere le gambe in salita senza soffrire grazie alla pendenza decisamente morbida e priva di strappi, non va sottovalutata la parte panoramica che permette di vedere il mare sino quasi al Colle.
