si parte da savona,zona porto ,si va direzione albisola marina , piccola deviazione dopo il ponte sul fiume sansobia e si passa all interno del paese , albisola capo ,pedalando per qualche centinaio di metri sulla passeggiata a mare (occhio soprattutto in estate) , si riprende l'aurelia per pochi metri , svolta a destra e si sale localita' oliveto, primi 2 km asfalto , poi si prende una rampa secca in cemento e si percorre un bel sentiero botanico che ci porta a sanda, punto acqua a fianco della chiesa. si riprende l'asfalto per un paio di km in pianura e poco prima dell abitato di stella gameragna si sale per sterrato a destra sino a sbucare a quota 380 sopra localita' brasi. da qui inizia un favoloso toboga in discesa che ci riporta all abitato di stella gameragna (questo tratto fa parte del percorso della gf-olmo), svolta a sinistra, breve tratto asfaltato 150mt e svolta a destra per un bel sentiero che ci riporta a sanda , punto acqua. si ripercorre il sentiero botanico fatto in precedenza in salita . . ma molto piu' bello ora fatto in discesa. si esce a albisola superiore. a sinistra , aurelia per meno di 1km , poi svolta a destra per valloria , localita bruciati , si sale sino a quota 200 al bosco delle ninfe per fare 2 km di discesa tecnica e rientrare a savona in corso ricci a 2 km dal mare savona zona porto - fortezza priamar -

it departs from Savona, near the port, it goes towards albisola marina, small detour after the bridge over the river sansobia and skips to the interior of the country, albisola head, pedaling for a few hundred meters on the sea promenade (eye especially in summer), you take the Aurelia for a few meters, turn right and climb the locality 'olive grove, first 2 km asphalt, then you take a dry concrete ramp and along a beautiful path that leads us to the botanical sanda, water point next to the church. shooting the asphalt for a couple of km in the plains and just before the village of Star Gameragna go up the dirt road to the right until you come out at an altitude of 380 above the locality 'braze. From here begins a fabulous toboggan downhill that brings us back to the town of Star Gameragna (this stretch is part of the path of the gf-elm), turn left, short stretch of tarmac 150m and turn right for a nice path that takes us back to sanda point of water. it traces the path botanical done earlier in the climb. . but much more 'nice now done downhill. exit at albisola higher. left, aurelia for less than 1km, then turn right to Valloria, locality burned, climb up to an altitude of 200 to the wood nymphs to make 2 km descent technique and return to Savona in course 2 km from the sea urchin Savona area port - fortress Priamar -
