Nella regione delle Fiandre sono stati realizzati e tabellati tutta una serie di percorsi cicloturistici tra colline, muri e tratti di pavè: i tre percorsi più importanti (blu, rosso e verde) hanno inizio dal Markt di Oudenaarde nei pressi del Centrum Ronde Van Vlaanderen (Museo del Giro delle Fiandre). L'itinerario qui presentato è una porzione rivisitata del tour verde ("Groene Lus") e parte da Brakel, piccolo paese a circa 15km a sud di Oudenaarde.
Si percorreranno quasi eslusivamente le stesse strade percorse dai professionisti al Giro delle Fiandre... strette e tortuose strade di campagna, dal fondo sporco, cementato e/o disastrato, con continui saliscendi e i famosi "muri" che a tratti raggiungono pendenze di tutto rispetto.
Da non sottovalutare gli sfiancanti settori di pavè, ben più difficili dei muri che - anzi - risultano essere quasi la parte più facile del percorso.

L'itinerario inizia a Brakel, piccolo paese a 15km a sud di Oudenaarde.
La regione delle Fiandre è servita dall'aeroporto di Charleroi Gosselies (Brussel South), distante circa 1h di auto.

In the region of Flanders were made and tabulated a series of cycling routes through hills, walls and cobbled sections: the three most important routes (blue, red and green) beginning on the Markt in Oudenaarde near the Centrum Ronde Van Vlaanderen ( Museum of the Tour of Flanders). The itinerary presented here is a revised portion of the tour green ("Groene Lus") and partly by Brakel, a small town about 15km south of Oudenaarde.
We will hike eslusivamente almost the same roads used by professionals in Tour of Flanders ... narrow, winding country roads, dirt from the bottom, cemented and / or shattered, with ups and downs and the famous "walls" that sometimes reach gradients of all respect.
Do not underestimate the exhausting sectors of pavé, the walls that much more difficult - indeed - almost turn out to be the easiest part of the course.

The route begins in Brakel, a small village 15km south of Oudenaarde.
The region of Flanders is served from Gosselies Charleroi (Brussels South), which is about 1 hour away by car.
