Anello che da Varazze sale bruscamente su asfalto alla frazione Castagnabuona e da lì all' omonimo Santuario. La pendenza media è circa del 10%, con punte fino al 18%.
Dallo spiazzo del Santurio si imbocca il breve single-track più a valle tra i due disponibili (quello che corrisponde alla partenza della 6ore dei Prati) abbastanza facile tecnicamente e divertente se affrontato in velocità. Si perdono circa 100metri di dislivello per risalire in breve sempre su sterrato fino alla strada asfaltata che dal paesino di Sanda risale al Bric delle Forche.
Una salita di un paio di chilometri ci porta a una svolta a destra, dove notiamo le indicazioni per il Bric e per il campo di motocross. Si prende la svolta e, arrivati all' ingresso della pista, la teniamo sulla nostra sinistra. L'ascesa continua su sterrato con tratti ripidissimi.
Continuiamo fino che non si incontra il relitto di un tavolo da picnic, dove il sentiero si biforca: ignoriamo la variante alla nostra destra e prendiamo la discesa dritta di fronte a noi che ci porta a Cantalupo su sentiero forestale fino a Cantalupo e da lì su asfalto fino al punto di partenza Il punto di partenza è in corrispondenza della caserma dei Carabinieri di Varazze, in corrispondenza della rotonda sull' Aurelia all' altezza del ingresso al Porto Turistico

From the clearing of Santurio take the short single-track further down the valley between the two available (the one that corresponds to the start of the 6 Hours of Prati ) technically quite easy and fun if approached in speed. You will lose about 100m in altitude to climb in increasingly short dirt road to the paved road from the town of Sanda that dates back to the Bric Forks.
A climb of a mile brings us to a turning to the right, where we see the signs for the Bric and for the field of motocross. Take the turn and arrived at the 'entrance of the track, we keep on our left. The ascent continues on a dirt road with steep sections.
Continue until you do not come across the wreckage of a picnic table, where the path divides: ignore the variant to our right and take the downhill straight in front of us that leads us to Cantalupo on forest trail up to Cantalupo and from there on the asphalt up to the starting point The starting point is at the police station of Varazze, at the roundabout on the 'Aurelia all' height of the entrance to the harbor Tourist
