Questo itinerario ad anello ha luogo nella Valle del Natisone, a cavallo tra pianura e prealpi giulie. Si distingue per la grande varietà di situazioni che è in grado di offrire, sia a livello panoramico che per l'impegno richiesto. Nonostante l'elevato impegno richiesto per superarne i tratti ascendenti, merita, per le ampie vedute panoramiche molto gratificanti, pedalare lungo il sentiero naturalistico CAI 752 Antro-Spignon-Pegliano,che dalla Chiesetta di Santo Spirito raggiunge prima la cima del M.te Kraguojnca, e poi la Bocchetta di Calla.Se non si desidera compiere questa faticosa ascesa lungo il sentiero è possibile, da questo punto, proseguire parallelamente per Masarolis lungo la stradina asfaltata; giunti in paese andrà scelta la direzione per Tàmoris, da cui in breve si perverrà ugualmente presso la Bocchetta di Calla.
Una volta raggiunta la cima del monte Joanaz ed ammirato il panorama a 360°, si scende lungo il prato immergendosi ad intervalli fra gli abeti che cingono la cima sino in Loc. Madonna del Dom,per poi procedere lungo un single track tecnico denominatoT1.Raggiunto il paesino di Valle attraverso un sentierino e trovata la piazza della chiesa si prende il bellissimo e tecnico sentiero"nel Ban" 8 (diff.S1/S2) che ci porta sulla strada asfaltata che scende a valle attraverso i monti Kriz e Piccat.
