Un bellissmo itinerario nel settore nord-orientale del Parco di Monti Sibillini!
Il percorso è abbastanza impegnativo, sia in salita sia in discesa.
Si parte da Fiastra e si prende la carrareccia che sale per il Mt. Coglia fino ai Pian di Pao.
La salita è molto lunga (17 km) ma non presenta strappi troppo impegnativi.
Giunti al bivio per Casali si prosegue a sinistra verso il Fargno.
Dopo il primo tornante si imbocca il sentiero sulla sinistra che scende fino a Casal Gasparri (fonte con acqua fresca).
Da qui si prende il sentiero n. 321 che gira il costone del Monte Pietralata e all'altezza del primo vallone si inizia con la discesa.
Nel primo pezzo in messo al vallone (circa 300 mt) la traccia si perde tra i prati e non è sempre evidente (il punto di riferimento è il boschetto che va lasciato sulla sinistra). La pendenza a tratti è notevole!
Dopo aver costeggiato il boschetto si prende il sentiero che diventa sempre più evidente ed entra nel bosco.
Da qui un bellissimo single trail che scende fino a fondo valle. Non manca proprio nulla...c'è proprio tutto in questi 3 km in mezzo al bosco: tornanti, cambio pendenze, radici, ecc..
Arrivati a fondo valle si prosegue sulla forestale che per lunghi tratti costeggia il torrente Rio Sacro.
Dopo un breve strappo in salita ci si ricongiunge alla provinciale "Fiastra-Bolognola" e da qui si prosegue su asfalto fino al punto di partenza.

A bellissmo route in the north-eastern sector of the Park of Monti Sibillini!
The route is quite challenging, both up and downhill.
It starts from Fiastra and take the track that leads up to the Mt Coglia the Pian di Pao.
The climb is very long (17 km) but with no rips too demanding.
At the junction Casali continue left towards the Fargno.
After the first bend, take the path on the left which goes down to Casal Gasparri (source with fresh water).
From here take the path n. 321 that runs the ridge of Mount Pietralata and the height of the first valley begins with the descent.
In the first piece placed in the valley (about 300 meters), the track is lost among the meadows and it is not always obvious (the reference point is the wood that is left on the left). The slope at times is remarkable!
After skirting the grove take the path that becomes increasingly apparent and enters the woods.
From here a beautiful single trail that descends to the valley floor. Nothing is missing ... there is everything in these 3 km in the middle of the woods: bends, changing gradients, roots, etc. ..
Once in the valley continue on the forest for long stretches along the river Rio Sacred.
After a short climb uphill, it joins the provincial "Fiastra-Bolognola" and from there continue on asphalt to the point of departure.
